Telling our clients’ stories on nationally syndicated TV

by | Sep 19, 2014 | Placement Examples

Many of our clients like to be featured on the nationally syndicated, The Better Show, because it’s a lifestyle TV program that covers a variety of hot family-related topics from health and wellness to beauty and decorating. The hosts keep the show upbeat and energetic for their 3.6 million viewers, a strategy that we match when we pitch a story idea.

In this Better Show segment, we arranged for a very relatable guest expert to simplify viewers’ lives by taking the guesswork out of choosing natural dietary supplements. The segment of course included our client’s product. To make the concept work for this show, the segment had to be packed with information. So we helped the expert identify the most popular supplement categories to discuss. The result was a well-rounded interview that provided the hosts and viewers with valuable tips for supporting their families’ health.

To bring national media attention to a specific product requires (among other things) knowing the hot topics, how to start the discussions with producers, and how to follow up so that guests are invited back. In this case, the producer liked the segment and guest, and invited us both back!
