Calling the media’s attention to … eggshells?

by | Jul 21, 2010 | Placement Examples

We research each clients’ unique features and value points to determine their most innovative and mediagenic qualities. ESM (Egg Shell Membrane) is a perfect example.

Eggshell membranes recovered from U.S. egg cracking facilities are now used in a patented ingredient called Natural Eggshell Membrane (NEM), a safe and convenient source of ingredients essential for healthy joints.

We teamed up one of this country’s leading family practice physicians, Cathleen London, M.D., to discuss the benefits of this innovation.  As a medical professional, and an avid athlete and triathlon competitor who has suffered from joint pain, Dr London is the perfect expert to raise awareness for an all natural joint pain reliever.

We first asked Dr. London to examine common effective supplements that help to soothe joint pain including turmeric, glucosamine/chondroitin, fish oil, Vitamin C and pycnogenol.

She then discussed the latest natural alternative to improve joint comfort and flexibility, Natural Eggshell Membrane (NEM). The media loves the fact that this unique product made from eggshells is a safe, fast-acting alternative for healthy joints; and also that we have teamed with our expert to offer a professional medical perspective. The story had the credibility to capture the media attention.

With the science and expert to back up our story, we secured a great a TV placement XETV-TV San Diego Living.  Cathleen London, M.D., was featured discussing the latest in fast joint pain relief,  NEM® and other ways to prevent and treat joint injuries.

A product’s unique features can capture the media’s attention. Connecting the product with an expert can add credibility resulting in excellent media coverage.
