Media Relations Agency won a 2019 Better Business Bureau Torch Awards for Ethics

We’re excited to share the news that Media Relations Agency won a 2019 Better Business Bureau Torch Awards for Ethics. This award, presented by the BBB of Minnesota and North Dakota, recognizes extraordinary area businesses that demonstrate an outstanding to commitment to ethics and integrity in all aspects of their operations.

We believe strongly in accountability. Every business decision … every interaction … is measured against one guideline: Are we doing the right thing? At the end of each day, it’s important to know that we made the best decisions on behalf of our clients and employees … that we acted with integrity, transparency and honesty. We hold each other accountable for that above all else.

It is gratifying that out of some 600 nominations, an independent panel of judges chose to honor us for the way in which we conduct our business.

This video, produced by the BBB and featuring COO Heather Champine, was played during the ceremony. She did a good job conveying the pride we feel for our team and our company, and the work we do for our clients.

Above all else, we believe in being good corporate citizens. Our philosophy is when we help others, our lives are well spent. When we help others succeed, we are nurturing a better business and social climate for all of us. We all win.

Thank you to our clients, both past and current. We value our relationships with you. And if we haven’t yet worked with you, we sincerely hope that we will someday have that opportunity.
