Last month’s CNN Accent Health segment adds to our long list of top-rated PR placements

by | Oct 1, 2012 | Placement Examples

Earlier this year we approached CNN, the leading news source in the country, with an idea to feature award-winning Pharmacist Sherry Torkos in an Accent Health “Ask the Pharmacist” segment featuring functional foods available in supermarkets. In June, we began working with CNN to develop the Accent Health piece. Our clients were thrilled with the finished segment, which aired several times every day during the entire month of September on CNN’s Accent Health network.

This was an on-location piece with CNN anchor/reporter Holly Firfer interviewing Sherry as they walked down supermarket aisle finding the latest in functional foods to solve common health problem. As part of our co-production service, we worked with local supermarkets to secure the perfect location. Sherry was a wealth of information and folded our client into the segment beautifully.
